Working in the heart of the city of London is a daunting prospect at the best of times; finding suitable accommodation at a reasonable cost is even more daunting. I found that CAS did what they say on the tin – I gave them my requirements and they did the rest! The accommodation was home from home at a cost I could afford. The CAS team were polite, courteous and so eager to help. I will certainly use their services again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CAS to any contractor.

After trawling round some dire short-term house shares in Derby and feeling consigned to mediocre hotels, I contacted CAS who were able to find an absolute bargain of a self-catered room. New-to-market, with excellent facilities and just ten minutes‟ walk to the office, I was in a full month before it was advertised to the general public. I still don’t know how they found it but it was perfect for the duration of my contract. Tremendous value and very convenient.

It does what it says on the tin – I give the postcode of where I need to stay, the specification of what I require and the amount I have to spend and they do the rest. At the same time a very quick response and best value for money is achieved and some first class accommodation acquired; leaving me time to get on with other things which is great as there is often plenty to do as notification of work contracts is often delivered to me at very short notice
